I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and the services we have to offer your firm. We provide estimating support to general contractors and subcontractors in all areas of the construction industry. With over 30 years experience in construction estimating and project management, we offer high quality, reliable assistance for your existing estimating and management staff.

Our primary service is providing contractors with custom-tailored quantity surveys (materials take-offs) to aid in their estimating process. Realizing that every contractor has his own estimating procedure and format, we have developed a computer-assisted take-off method that we can tailor to meet the needs and estimating system of each individual contractor. Our aim is to produce take-offs and estimates that are identical in form and reliability to those produced by our client's own in-house staff.

Whenever the estimating workload grows too large for your current staff, we can provide flexible, part-time estimating assistance that can help you minimize lost bid opportunities. We are available anytime - including nights, weekends, and holidays - to assure that our clients have access to the estimating manpower and expertise necessary to bid every desirable job.

We appreciate this opportunity to review our services with you and encourage you to call on us whenever you need part-time, temporary, or on-going assistance in estimating or other construction management areas. If you would like more information about the services we can provide your company, please call me any time at (325) 232-7981
